Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the “Ambient Sound Mixer” service (the “Service”) provided by Tsugaru Design Studio (“we”, “us”).

Article 2 (Contents of the Service)

The Service is a web-based service that allows users to combine and play ambient sounds and background music in a web browser. Users may use the Service for purposes such as study, work, or relaxation.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Using the Service for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts that place excessive load on the server
• Redistributing or selling audio or other content from the Service without permission
• Any other acts that we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

• We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users as a result of changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the contents of the Service.
• We assume no responsibility for any troubles or damages arising from the use of the Service.
• The Service is provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no warranties of any kind regarding its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.

Article 5 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms will become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise announced in a manner we consider appropriate.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event that any dispute arises in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location in Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
